WELCOME TO THE 3RD BODMIN SCOUT GROUP

The group serves Bodmin and the surrounding area providing scouting for all members of the community aged 6+. The Scout Headquarters is located at the edge of the local nature reserve by the Bodmin Beacon.

Fun and Friends for 6 - 8 year olds.

APOLLO BEAVER COLONY Meet on Wednesday 5.30 - 7.00 pm

ZEUS BEAVER COLONY Meet on Friday 5.45 - 6.45 pm

 

For 8 -10 1/2 year olds

THOR CUB PACK Meet on Thursday 5.45 - 8.00 pm

 

For 10 1/2 - 14 year olds

VIKING TROOP Meet Fridays 7.00pm - 9.15pm

 

For 14 -18 year olds. Explorer Unit. Access to District Explorer Unit and Young Leaders

 

For 18-25 year olds. Scout Network. Access to Cornwall County Scout Network.

 

LEADER/ADULT HELP.
The group always requires both leaders and adult help.Anyone can join in Scouting. There is always the adventure to be had either in encouraging the young people to "Do their best" as a uniformed leader or helping the leaders and young people in more supportive roles. In the interest of child safety adult involvement is subject to relevant checks)
